i wroite this archive manager/actions/dynamic/mutate_content.dynamic.action.php
to have more posibilities to modx, realy im a very beginer php and the code is not clean like original
but it works.
Realy i change too the summary field to show html editor, for use in news snippets , plugins and other who want a display not plane whith images photos tables or simply to put a frontpage showing this introtext fist to read the full article, for now the search snippet i post use this freature and show the link and the html summary-introtext.
setup:
simply backup the file, upload and create a folder called (IMPORTANT) category, before create subpages to this folder for the diferent categorys this pages could have a description for the category for use in a snippet or plugin or component who call this folder dinamicaly or for show in the webpage a list formated of the categorys in the site or to could be whitw pages realy dont use for nothig.
now when you create a new document in the description field (now called category) has a drop down whith the values of the categorys or websites.
if you enter again it retains the last value,
if you delete the category in the folder the pages retain old category if you enter could change to anothers.
the data saved is a string whith the name of the category you selected and could be use by others plugins....
now the search snippet (I realice anothers who search by template or prase the filter by template call )who search specials simbols for another countries like áéíóúñ.... you could update to your lenguage easy)

realy im working about plugins for not change the core but i couldent make enythig like pass a variable to the core document or put html extra in the document prassed
