Then go to Collection Settings tab on the right and search for the field named Default children's template and choose the template.

Next time you add a new blog post for example, its template will default the "Blogit Post" template (the blog is an example, I set the default ones for all my collections)

I don’t think so. The code that renders the form doesn’t pay any attention to the properties. You’d have to write a custom plugin to do it, so Form Customization is a much easier method.]]>
