I’ve seen Open Realty (OR), and some commercial addons for OR, but I’m looking for something more flexible and simpler.

Any suggestions?

A lot of MLS services offer RETS compatibility, and that might be worth looking into as a group. A RETS ditto for MODx. I was curious about that too. I’m doing a real estate site that doesn’t use MLS, but has its own in-house listings. From what I read, object is going to be used instead of iframe but is only needed if you want to validate a strict docu site.
