I’m logged into the forum, but am not not recognised when I try to login to modxcms.com?

Since there is no forgot password - link I went to http://modxcms.com/ and try the link ’forgot password’ I’m directed to http://bugs.modx.com/secure/ForgotLoginDetails!default.jspa
and get the redMine 404 page
