I think they are busy with the new modx website (based on HTML5 Boilerplate Template as i heard & saw in a glance) *(modx.com),
rather than fixing this silly problem.

or maybe they are just busy developing give them a break
they will get to it.

I think you must be confused, MODx = Poodles... Never I would tend to agree, they will address the issue when they have the chance so no worries
