I just visited modx.com and have several questions.

Most people are used to spell "MODx". The previous logos spelled "modx".
And the new brand spells "MODX".

Also, the logo changed.
This makes quite difficult to promote the cms if the logo changes.

Should old MODx Evolution logos be replaced by the new MODx logo whenever possible?

Could some member of the core team (ideally OpenGeek) clarify if using the MODx logo is allowed when telling "We create websites with MODx"?
