The hoster seems to have some firewall i guess this is blocking my calls. Now they gave me some proxy settings and i put those in the proxy settings in MODX 2.6.5-pl but no luck.

im seeing this in my console:
Attempting to install package with signature: articles-1.7.11-pl
Package found...now preparing to install.
Grabbing package workspace...
Workspace environment initiated, now installing package...

Can i test somehow if those proxy-settings work? and is there a way to see to wich external soources the installation process is trying to reach so i can ask to get those whitelisted?
Tnx

AFAIK, this does not involve external HTTP connections in any way.

Some some package install "errors" are not really errors. In fact the ones you quote are not errors or even warnings. They're 'notices' so there's a good chance that they can be ignored, especially if you saw the blue message at the end saying that the package has been installed successfully. It's possible that you saw messages like that because, for example, you installed getResources before Articles, so Articles is complaining because it's trying to install a package that's already there.

That said, Articles is notoriously cranky about installation and uninstallation.

The key question is whether the extras work after you install them. I would test getResources first, but check to see that there's no upgrade available for it.
