I tried to search for a solution on this but could not find one. My apologies if there was already a post about it.

I just created a MODX cloud account and have the "pro" account level. After account creation, I logged onto the dashboard and tried to create a new cloud. However, the "Location" input is blank and it will not allow me to select anything. When I click on it after the page loads, there is a "loading" prompt that appears for ~1 second and then disappears but nothing happens. I've sent in a ticket and I've also attached a screen shot to this post (the location error has a red border).

Still the same problem. No location available.

Probably best to reach out to the MODX Cloud support directly. I don't know who fixed it, but screen shots are now working again on the forum! thank you to whoever it was.
