No matter if the page is cachable or not (or if I use [!Ditto!] or [[Ditto]]), the pagination does not work. If you go to http://www.bad-karlshafen.de/index.php?id=802 and click the "Next" - Link ("Weiter"), you´ll get a URL like this:

http://www.bad-karlshafen.de/index.php?id=802?start=6

But, IMHO it should be something like this: http://www.bad-karlshafen.de/index.php?id=802&start=6.

What can I do?
