Would love to thank Susan for not only the commitment from posting and having her own website which taught us all, but the financial commitment Susan made in the early days to keep this open source project alive.

Susan, you have been one of the main reasons people use MODX, without your input and financial contribution this project may have never taken off. ( got I remember the old etomite days ).

You and Ryan ARE the core of MODX simply because you have kept this project alive and I thank you for that.

Absolutely! Also from my side a BIG Thank You! Can simply not imagine what MODx would be without you guys!!
      • Susan Sottwell deserves every bit of praise for her contributions. I don't think there is a single person in this discussion group who she hasn't helped or contributed to - at least not in my short time of being part of MODX.

How many ways can you say awesome? Only two words come to my mind:

        "Susan Sottwell"

Yup. You two are the best!
            • Well, I'm glad I can be of help. And I'm looking forward to meeting more people at the MODX Weekend in September. https://conference.modmore.com/venue/

Plane tickets already reserved. Cheap tickets, with a layover in Turkey that I'm not real excited about. Who knows what'll be going on there by that time?

I have my presentation mostly ready to go, although I'm hoping a few interesting projects I'm keeping an eye on will be ready by then, in which case I'll incorporate them into the presentation.

And I'm about half-finished with a new blue wool/silk/angora blend sweater to go with the blue tweed wool/silk blend skirt I made myself for last fall's MODXp. Maybe I'll even get around to sewing a new outfit; I have some nice cream-colored cashmere fabric, enough to make a suit. Give the presentation a little class wink

I've posted many a question to the forums over the years and invariably Susan and Bob are the first people to respond with help and advise. Thank you both for making MODx community welcoming, helpful and active.

                  Hear here.
                  To Susan and Bob.
