Dear Bob, Thank you for this beneficial extra.
Unfortunate it seams it is not working.
I'm running Revo 2.3.3 on Apache server php 5.3.24.
It did a job on un-ticking all pages clear cache, but still whenever I save any resource, the cache gets cleared.
I've checked the system settings and Empty Cache default is set to NO
But still whenever i save any resource the cache folder gets clears.
Can You advice me where can be the problem?

Did you enable the plugin? If not, right-click on it in the Elements tree and select "Activate Plugin." Then, clear the site cache.

Hello Bob,
Yes it is activated.

TBH, I haven't tested it in 2.3.3, though it shouldn't make any difference. If it's un-ticking the checkbox, it should work. It does clear the cache for the resource being saved, but it shouldn't clear anything else. It's possible that it's a bug in MODX 2.3.3.
I'll look into it when I have a chance, but it may be a while.
2.3.3 has a new system setting, syncsite_default, which sets/clears that checkbox by default. That may be interfering with CacheManager.

I haven't looked at the code, but I would expect that the setting would only affect the checkbox during the page load and the decision to actually clear the site cache would depend on the post. Maybe not.

The syncsite_default is set to NO
On resources Clear Cache is unchecked
CacheMaster plugin is activated and doResourses property set to Yes.
Still on document save all cache gets cleared....
I'm attaching screenshot of all cache related settings - might by I've missed something ... Please have a look and advice me.
Thanks You !

I've noticed now than when saving chunks or snipets with clear cache unchecked - works well. Saves but don't clear cache.

What happens if you disable CacheMaster, clear the site cache manually, then test?
