Once I create an event. I can not go back and edit the event successfully. The modal pop-up appears and I do all my editing but the save does not work. I am using modx 2.2.5 and just installed the newest mxcalendar 1.1.6.
I am using OSX and have tried both chrome and safari. any suggests on what the problem might be?
Otherwise this is a great tool- just needs the documentation expanded.

sorry for the delay in response, please let me know if you're still experiencing any issues with this and I'll do everything I can to help get it resolved.

I can create events and duplicate events with out any problems. but if I try to update an event or some editing(this seems to very) when duplicating, clicking the save button does nothing. events can not be saved. I turned off the rich-text editor and that helped with the duplicating events.
I now go into phpmyadmin to do some editing, but that won't work when I add users.
Any ideas??
Roy
Would you be able to grant me access to your site to view? Also provide exact steps to reproduce the issue, then I can get it resolved faster.
Cheers

Boy, do I feel stupid. I only checked server error logs not the error log in Modx.
Does this help:
[2012-11-16 19:46:30] (ERROR @ /assets/components/mxcalendars/connector.php) Could not load class: categoryid from mysql.categoryid.

No compression and that error wouldn't be the cause and isn't impacting any service, but I need to clear it so it's not logging all the time.
I'll send you a direct message to see if we can't get this worked out.

Any luck with this yet?
Roy
Have you tried to use the HTMLEditor mode for the description field? Attached is an example of where and what to change in the Settings > System Settings area for mxCalendar.
Your looking for the setting mxcalendars.event_desc_type and change its value to "htmleditor". You can also change this simply by rerunning the install of the mxcalendar package and changing the description input type from the drop down list.

Yes, I originally had the html editor on. When I was troubleshooting, I found I had a little more success with the text only setting. Especially when pasting content into the editor. I will switch back but I think the problem lies elsewhere.
