Hi all,
I want to crop my thumbs with ’phpthumbof’.. wich is working fine only I want to crop the thumbs at top center or top left so I create a tag like:
[[*imageTV:phpthumbof=`w=210&h=110&zc=T`]]
But he is still generating the thumb from the center.. I have installed ImageMagick on my server, so that may not be the issue.
Does anyone have experience with this?
Regards, Bert

I have ImageMagick installed on my server but not as php module, so I configured imagemagick path in System Settings but it is still not working.
Tried:
/usr/bin
/usr/bin/
/usr/bin/convert
But zc=T is still not working.
Any idea about what can be happeing?
If you add the php module does it work properly?
phpThumb only uses the command-line version of ImageMagick unfortunately.
If you have shell access, try this command: which convert
Does it output something like '/usr/bin/convert'? It's possible to have to have the convert command available but phpThumb still not find it. I've had to hack the phpthumb class before to get it to run on some servers.
Check the output of phpinfo(). In the Core section, what PHP version do you have and are any of these functions listed under 'disable_functions': shell_exec, exec, system? phpThumb needs at least one of those to be enabled in order for it to use ImageMagick.

AMDbuilder, I've been working with other scripts with imagemagick without any problem ( custom made and third party scripts ).
jgrant, the command returns /usr/bin/convert
I have no functions disabled.
