I’ve got caching turned off by default in the site configuration, and don’t set a document to be cached until I’m sure I’m finished with it. I’m hoping a global site cache option will become available in a future release, as while QuickEdit makes it much easier, it’s still a pain to have to remember to cache a page when I’m finished working on it.
