This entire thread has good suggestions.
The documentation was written by a technical person (programmer), not an end user.
If MODx wants to appeal to designers and non-programmers, don’t have technical people write documentation.
State one or two sentences what it will not do to complement what it will do.
Add the new fields/hooks into the documentation (replyfrom etc.)
