Did something get updated on
http://svn.modxcms.com/docs/display/revolution/MODx+Revolution over the last few days? The index stopped showing content links, which suggests the javascript for this is broken or being rejected by Firefox in some way.
I tried removing the suspicious extensions (ABP, NoScript, WebDeveloper and GreaseMonkey), but same behaviour. I also tried enabling the javascript functionality that I disable for normal browse (window and status bar control).
My browser is: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.14) Gecko/2009090216 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Firefox/3.0.14
There is an unofficial FF 3.5 package for Ubuntu 9.04 which I tried that does not have the same problem. My only problem here is that as it is unofficial, the extensions and plugins cannot be installed through the package manager in Ubuntu, which I prefer. I’m guessing it will become official in a month or so when Ubuntu 9.10 is released, but it doesn’t help me much now
Anyone has tried the same? Maybe there is a setting for FF 3.0 that I need to change? Or maybe look into getting FF 3.5 running with my plugins is better, considering the javascript performance in 3.5?
