No one? I have the same issue but for the main content too (still white, cannot edit the text, except if I choose no WYSIWYG).

@purensimple and @neoziox
You don't need that plugin.
* Go to Tintymce4 plugin config
* Scroll to the bottom of the config page
* Introtext RTE
add richtext-features to "introtext" > ENABLE

Thanx for the suggestion but... it does not work.

Have you guys activated Tinymce 4 or are you still using version 3 ?
Deactivate 3 and activate 4, or simply delete 3 and ensure that 4 is activated

For my general experience with plugins - if a new installed plugin not works:
- files corrupted
- configuration params - configuration parameters fails to set on install
- plugins events - fails to set events on install
So, compare Parameters and events with a site where tinymce works.

@Iusemodx, Thank you, that was the solution. Indeed tinymce4 was not activated. After I switched it on all is working like a charm! Super.

I re-install all 1.2.1. Updated the website from 1.0.15. And richtext zone with TinyMCE4 still empty. I cannot edit.

Have you selected Tinymce4 at the Config > interface page as editor?
Evolution user, I like the back-end speed and simplicity
