I've just run into an odd problem. I was trying to save a template containing the following default script for embedding (Adobe) TypeKit fonts:
<script>try{Typekit.load();}catch(e){}</script>
... but the template wouldn't save.
Developer Tools console contained this error:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <
The link next to it took me to a script containing the default MODx 500 internal error page (see attachment).
I reformatted the script to look like this:
<script>
try{Typekit.load();}catch(e){}
</script>
... and it saves the template fine.
I would suspect that there's a catch on the syntax somewhere, but I wouldn't know what that catch is. Maybe this could cause issues with script injection? That's not my area of expertise, maybe someone with more knowledge on this could investigate?
