Articles: can't add tags in posts in one container

I have very very strange problem.

I can't add tags to post only in one Articles container. Tags pole look like are disabled - I even can't put cursor to inside.

In another Articles containers all works fine. I'm confused....
I double checked all I know: group rights, permissions, settings Articles and MODX. Still not working. Any suggestion what is it....?

Well, I dig a lot and find this error:



I understand modx can't load this file but why? Group rights, permissions on this folder is ok. The file connector.php itself is exist.

I'm very confused...
