Works for me. [[+title_[[++culture_key]]]] [[+description_[[++culture_key]]]] or whatever fields you add in the MIGX CMP. This is the chunk tpl for the gallery display:
<img [[+_first:is=`1`:then=`class="first"`]] src="[[+image:pthumb=`&w=250&h=250`]]" alt="[[+title_[[++cultureKey]]]]">
