The next level in Content Editing: Sir Trevor Richtext Block Editor

Has someone registered the availibility of Sir Trevor (http://madebymany.github.io/sir-trevor-js/). This is a Richtext editor there you can add new paragraphs, images, etc. as Blocks. Block types can be defined by yourself. The complete written content will be stored as JSON.

To edit content like this is more resistant to failure than editors like TinyMCE or FCK.

and MigX ;-) Sorry, but MigX isn't really user friendly. I like the simple UI of Sir Trevor. Do you see any possibilities to integrate it in MODx? Perhaps with the possibility to define new blocks via chunks? Perhaps I would pay for it. It would be a deal breaker for me and my customers.

Indeed it looks like what I need. Is there a „developer“ edition? So I can test and develop a site and pay for it then it will be published?

Sir Trevor is a cool idea, but their own demo doesn't work in FireFox for me (I tried adding a list).

We don't offer anything like that currently, sorry. On our demo site you can play with it though, and we'd be glad to answer any questions you may have up-front. [ed. note: markh last edited this post 11 years, 10 months ago.]
