    I recently updated Revo to 2.2.10. Then after updating Articles to 1.7.3 the list of individual posts on the main Articles page in the Manager went missing, though the preexisting posts appear as expected on the front-end. The tabs across the top (Articles, Templates, Advanced Settings ...) are visible and functioning as are the New Article, Bulk Actions, Import Articles buttons except that creating a new post doesn't appear in the main listing (or on the front end).

    I've removed and reinstalled all the Articles components and tried reverting to v1.7.2 with no change. Not sure what else to try. Ideas?

    Thanks

      Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

        Yep, no change.

        I did notice when updating Articles there were a lot of errors, though it showed it was "successfully installed".

            Do you mean the MODX Error Log? If so, the log is extremely big but this was the only reference I found relating to Articles:

            [2013-11-10 22:37:58] (ERROR @ /connectors/resource/index.php) Could not load class: ArticlesContainer from mysql.articlescontainer.

            I'm wondering if I should try completely removing everything Articles related and reinstalling ... again.

              I actually meant this web inspector which would show JavaScript errors but it looks like you are onto something with that error in the Manager error log.
              Truthfully reinstalling Articles and clearing browser cache should be all that is needed.
              I'm trying to reproduce the issue now.

                todd.b, can you go to the System Settings page and search for 'extension_packages', let me know what the value is?

                  Sure, it's

                  [{"articles":{"path":"[[++core_path]]components/articles/model/"}}]

                    Yes, problems here too. Editing the articles container caused the manager to default to the Template Variable tab display, but without displaying the actual tabs, no save/close buttons, and no article list. Checking the console revealed several Javascript errors, one of which was being cause by the absence of Quip (I use Disqus). Re-installing Quip fixed the problem. Don't know if your problem is similar, but do check your browser's console for javascript errors, and make sure you have all the dependencies installed.

                      I definitely have all the dependencies installed and I'm not seeing any js errors, though I may be overlooking something. I'm considering doing a SQL dump then deleting everything and doing a clean install. I'm out of ideas.
