You should be able to find a help link in the dashboard.

The best I can tell everything should be functional and their twitter account (https://twitter.com/modxcloud) dosen't list any problems, granted I don't think that's an official update method. You can also check the unofficial status monitor: http://status.markhamstra.com

Sorry I can't be of more help, I only monitor our network for outages.

              I get a 502 Bad Gateway response

maybe I am on the Netherlands server since I am in Colombia. I see they had 502 issues a few days ago... [ed. note: dclayton last edited this post 13 years, 5 months ago.]

I'm also getting a 502 error so there is definitely something wrong with the server, and they will need to correct the problem for you. You are using a Texas server, so this is likely unrelated to the Netherlands issues.

paas2.tx is definitely Texas; the Amsterdam servers are ams instead of tx. They're doing a lot of major changes to the whole system; apparently hardware changes as well.

Kind of makes me wonder, if there's this much trouble handling just the MODx users for the Cloud, what's it going to be like if things expand?

When I was working in a University of Miami medical school clinic, we had one small basement room for medical records, with records piled up so badly that the fire department was handing out citations like candy. Then the clinic's fearless leaders were boasting about how their new marketing push would be bringing in thousands of patients... um, where were we supposed to put their medical records? Some wag - not me, I was the one asking the questions, troublemaker that I am - suggested using the two new mammography vans he was also boasting about at the same meeting laugh

Could somebody be so kind as to send me a link to Support so I can report this? I can't seem to find one. The sight still returns a 504.

                    Gracias,

                    DC
