New design gone live

Hi All,

I set my new design live over the weekend so thought I'd share it with you all, still not finished but at a much better state than the last one, fully responsive and also has a discuss forum on there.

Would love some feedback

And very appropos, as well, since I just finished spending a couple of hours working on responsive design. I've been looking for a grid boilerplate that I like, and haven't seen this one yet. This Bootstrap looks like a good one.

I just noticed how you handle your menu; have you seen this article? I think I prefer it to a select drop-down.

Yes I did a menu like that for a site at work and will probably do it for this site as well, however I've been concentrating on getting the new design live in the limited time I've had, plus I've still got to get all the campsites updated but believe me its on my to do list

Very nice design, very modern and robust.

Only thing I see is something for page flow: the map snags when you scroll down the page and screws with the zoom. Any way to lock that until someone clicks on it? Or leave a little space on the side to rest your pointer while you scroll past?

Suggestion: change "or just a way to stop"
into: "or just a stopover"

I'm willing to argue that point... "or just a way to stop and enjoy some tranquility" is fine.

Not sure how I can get round that, I could put a transparent div over it but that will loose the scroll all together, hmm ill look into it
