Security setup error? User for managing a sub tree of the website

Thanks exside again,

now I installed a fresh version of 2.2.6 on my server. Everything is just empty except for two pages (existing Home and a new page called "Elternbeirat"). The only installed package is TinyMCE.

I re-did all the steps (except for the media source) ... and just saw that I forgot to add the user group to the web context.
Anyway if I login to the system with the limited user - it can still edit everything.

Attached some screenshots (sorry for the German names (Elternbeirat) but at least the manager I switched to English).

Bug or feature?

Can you provide me login data so I can have a look at the site, will may be faster to debug than over the forums...

German is actually no problem, I'm from Switzerland =)...
