    Hey there,

The manager area of a Revo 2.2.1 install looks fine to me on multiple computers and multiple browsers. However the client can't see the left panel with the resources etc tabs.

Anyone had this happen or can explain it? I am completely baffled.

    Thanks in advance

Delete clients account, recreate it. I had it once.

        Thanks for the reply.

I created a new account originally and there was no left panel. Out of frustration I gave my admin login and same. I will try one more account and check.

If only I could recreate it life would be easier. We are in different cities so I can't even look at the computer.

            Yep...but guess what...

I think it might be that the panel is simply closed. The tab to reopen it is so small it is almost invisible. I have changed to colour of the image used to red to make it more obvious.

Here's hoping it was just an error code ID10T smiley

Sometimes it might happen after moving a site from one server to another. The easiest way to fix that, especially on MODX Cloud, is to simply upgrade MODX. This also works if you upgrade it to the same version.

I have found this many times, and its the compression of javascript and CSS that the server does no support. Login to your PHPMyAdmin - system settings, and turn compress_js, and compress_css to 0.

                Give that a try!

But it does work...for me and others. Seems to be just this client. I am waiting to hear if the tab is closed.

I sometimes get that when I log in as admin on chrome (the browser I use most, haven't tried/noticed in other browsers) I have to click dashboard a few times to make them appear again.

Yep, I have had that happen too, but they aren't using chrome.
