Media Source and ACL [RESOLVED]

No errors.

This is straight from a brand-new installation, nothing at all changed except to create the new Media Source and assign it to the Administrator group.

Fixed.

To fix in your environments, simply add "sources.modAccessMediaSource" to the comma-separated list of the 'principal_targets' System Setting.
