It says please wait saving like a thousand times it never saves. I had this problem before with ModX. How do I fix it?

I'm getting the problem as well sometimes, particularly when saving resources with image TVs, but on the same site cloned to my localhost it's not happening. However, when the browser is refreshed the object has in fact been saved.

I've had this happen as well. It seems like what is holding it up is clearing the cache. You might try clearing the cache as a separate operation before saving.

I think you're right. I think this is also related to getting an empty console when you do Site->Clear Cache, which I'm still getting occasionally in 2.1.5 on Windows localhost.

I've seen the saving loop on a few sites. Thinking back it does usually seam to happen on sites were there is a problem clearing the site cache.

If it's not already a bug we should file it so we can get this problem resolved.

To contradict myself, I do see the blank console when clearing the cache occasionally, but I never get the infinite save (at least not for a long time).

I run into this problem on just one of my three Revo 2.2 sites. I edited the core/config file and set the cache disabled to true. Cache wouldn't let me save docs, change templates and was an annoyance.

The change template problem was fixed for me (and some other people) by setting the timezone System Setting to match the one in php.ini.

Fortunately I have access to that, but others don't. Good to know though.

I have had this exact same problem happen in the last day... Every time I try to save a resource it starts an infinite save. I have tried changing the core/config file by set the cache disabled to true, and making sure that I have the same time zones set in my php.ini file and my System Settings, but I still have the problem... I also noticed that after I delete or publish a resource by right clicking in the resource tree it doesn't refresh like it use to... It actually doesn't show the change until I manually refresh it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this? After a while it is hard to work with!
