    Hi,
    I’m having a strange problem in 0.9.5.
I have a chunk which is used in 3 templates. The chunk itself is nothing special; a paragraph with some text. I recently edited this chunk and changed a couple of words into a link. Now, in a page based on template 1 everything is fine, the text is now a link. But in pages based on template 2 and 3, nothing has changed; no link. At first I thought it was a caching issue in my browser, but I’ve ruled that out (tried different browsers). The chunk call is exactly the same in each template.
If I take the contents of the chunk and paste them directly into the templates, all pages do show the link.

Sooo... any ideas what’s going on? huh

    Server info:
    Apache/2.0.58 with FastCGI
    PHP Version 4.3.11
    MySQL 4.1.19

did you clear the MODx cache files?
      From the manager choose:
      Site -> Clear cache

Its weird! ... can you double check that the chunk names are correct in all templates? remember they are case-sensitive.

I just checked (again), I even did a copy/paste of the chunk call from one template to the other. Still the pages aren’t updated undecided
            I guess it’s a bug, then?

Is the chunk referenced in a different template perhaps?

Every time that something like this happens to me, it turns out that I have mistyped something. So double- and triple-check your chunk name. If there’s a difference in spelling or in case, then of course MODx won’t find it and add it.

Sorry, I’m not sure I understand... the chuck is used in 3 different templates. Surely you can use one chunck with different templates?

I know, but the chunk is added, it just doesn’t change in the page when I edit the chunk.

I know its a stupid question, but be sure you are not confusing [*TV*] and {{chunk}} ?

Otherwise PM me with site details and I’ll be happy to help you sort it out.

                    regards.
