30 seconds exceeded in document.parser.class.inc.php on line 795

I’ve just modified a call to Ditto as suggested here, and all of a sudden that particular page won’t load. I get the following:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/faster/public_html/manager/includes/document.parser.class.inc.php on line 795

Even if I remove the &depth parameter (which is what I put in) I still get the error. Other MODx pages on the same site load okay.

I expect I could recreate the afflicted page and move its children, but thought it was worth posting anyway.

What version of MODx is this you are using; it appears you have a very recent version from SVN that had the new recursive parser system? If this is from SVN, I suggest you do another update; some major issues were introduced last week which were reverted yesterday.

Hi, I’ve got 0.9.2. I have installed the new beta of Ditto, and updated the Admin template to the new green one, but I’ve not touched any SVN versions of MODx.

And it was working fine one minute. I changed the call to Ditto, and bang...

I’ll try recreating the page and moving its children.

If you’ve updated the Admin template, then you’ve got the SVN version.

Ahhh, I see... please excuse my blunder.

Will do what I did on that page with another page and report whether that also results in the error (probably tonight).

Wait, I may have misspoken on the manager theme issue as Jason pointed out to me via IM... But 0.9.2 ... not 0.9.2.1?

This is almost certainly a problem with the new beta of Ditto; I’d direct my questions to the appropriate forum/thread on the topic of this new release of the add-on.

Ok OpenGeek, but the version I have is rev 1005, with the latest MODx Green admin template. If MODx hasn’t been updated in the last couple of weeks (which I’m not aware it has) then I’ve got the version available from MODx’s sites homepage.

ImpelGD... when you downloaded the installer, what was the title of the .zip archive? There was an early test build that was inadvertently made its way to the downloads page about that same time, and about 170 or so downloads of it happened.

I only downloaded the green Manager template a couple of days ago or so, and got it from the original post here, which I believe has been updated with each new proper release.
