This is an auto-generated topic for FormIt 1.1.7-pl by splittingred.

I can’t get this to work at all. The snippet call works, it sends the email & redirects where I tell it. Unfortunately, it only works when I explicitly note the smtp settings in the snippet call and even then, it sends blank emails. Any suggestions?

You can put anything you’d normally put in an email, so HTML (and therefore CSS) is allowed.

I’m pretty sure that’s not FormIt. It just sends along what it finds.

I suspect that the second form either doesn’t work outside the <head> section or isn’t supported by the receiving email client.

Are they referenced as &Cc and &Bcc, what??
Does &EmailFromName work properly in this version??

Hi lolotlm. Like you can see under that link, <style> declarations works in the head or the body tag except for Gmail and Lotus Notes.

Hi Bobray. Is there a way to specify some styles in the head of the emails that are sent with Formit? Maybe a feature suggestion to have a stylesTpl option.

If you want your emails styled, you could experiment with the email chunk??
You may have to create additional templates etc. though.
