    This guy is a genius!

    Suitably inspired, I turned it into a very simple event calendar, using only CSS and MODx documents. It’s infinitely variable and extendable. Use existing snippets such as NewsListing or NewsPublisher, or create your own custom snippets and TVs. Use it as an events calendar or a diary of past events. This would make an excellent diary event page!

    Article here.

                    Re Stu Nicholls- He is the cutting edge. Unfortunately that means his stuff doesn’t always work in all browsers. Make sure you test early and often.

                      Thanks a lot Susan,

                      Some minor fixes for newbies like me:

                      Changes in the LoadCalCSS-Snippet:

                      In <!--[if lte IE 6]> Section:
                      FROM: #year li a {display:block; width:100px;
                      TO: #year li a {display:block; width:110px;

                      Then in IE the navigation would be easier

                      For all real browsers: wink
                      FROM: #year li {display:block; width:100px; ...
                      TO: #year li {display:block; color:black; width:100px;

                      Then you will be able to see the monthdescription almost when you have white as standardcolor
                        I love ModX!
