I’ve just run a profiling session on Revo and whilst looking through the results it occurred to me that other folks may want to know what happens ’under the hood’ so to speak when a page load request is processed. So, I’ve produced a little doc(attached) that takes some screenshots from WinCacheGrind’s profiling analysis, adds some words of explanation and hopefully sheds some light in a non-technical way as possible on what really happens.
Its a fairly high level but should suffice as an overview. Please shout if you violently disagree with any of my interpretation here. If people find this stuff interesting I’ll load it up to the docs section, in a suitable corner, after review/markup/amendment.

Thanks for the link, didn’t know this existed, the probs with both wincachegrind and kcachegrind is that they seem to be frozen in time, wincachegrind has had no updates for a while and kcachegrind is only for KDE3 at the mo, this looks as though it’ll be more actively maintained.

Hi bobray, its an odt file created by open office but other apps should be able to open this nowadays, I can ship you a pdf if it helps.

Hi Bobray,
I have just verified, you can read odt in Google docs.
And as Shamblett pointed, you can open it in Open Office or other Office apps.
