after update I can not save pages in manager getting duplicated alias error

I updated from 0.9.1 modx to 0.9.6 and all looked right until i tryed editing my pages it would not save and gave me this error:

and yes I typed in a unique alias

only when i swith of duplicate alis option (so that duplicate alias is posible) I get this error:

This is a known problem with non UTF8 096 installation

@Laurent : did you make sure this was filed into FlySpray ? I think I mentionned it in a comment but better make sure... Should be in 0.9.6.1...

I just done my Flyspray inscription.
