Display tv by category in manager

I’ve modified the mutate_content.php file to display the tv group by category.

the changes are minors.

I like it, that’s pretty useful

How about having a configuration option to switch the tabbed view on and off to give Site Admins the option of how they want the template variables to be displayed to their content editors.

I have a job application document that uses 21 TVs and being able to organize them in to categories would be awesome!

I’d love to see better presentation of TVs in general, so you could identify "abandoned" TVs. Full list as the first tab, then TVs assigned to different templates. Tangentially related but had to get it out there.

The main matter with these changes is the tab management.
For instance if the previous document you were editing had several categories and you left the page by viewing the last tab, if the next document has no category and so no tabs the tvs won’t be viewable whithout clinking thefirst tab (I could deal with that ) for now I’ve just disabled the cookie management in the tab creation (second parameter set to false in the js function of tabPane) so the first tab appears by default

I’ve put the template Variables on the same line as general, meta ...
and tvs are displayed by categories.
