ModX Site on TheFWA Awards

Just developed a website best viewed on larger Full HD screens. The main site is in flash but is completely dynamic as menu items, text content and photos are called from dynamically generated XML files through ModX. Mainly the Wayfinder, Ditto and EvoGallery Module was used throughout the project. The site also has alternate HTML pages for SEO purposes.

As a flash developer myself I would love to learn more how you got it working with MODx.

So you’re making a xml file of the whole MODx site (like a sitemap) and loading that xml in flash?

If you can point me somewhere that I can find more info on this that would be awesome.

Actually there’s more to just one XML and it’s actually hard to explain because each resource has its own XML and is called using its automatically generated URL Alias by ModX.

Each template generates nodes using the Wayfinder and the Gallery is generated using EvoGallery’s modified snippets.
