And another MODx site

Hi there,

I redesigned my site and thought it would be a good opportunity to let go of my beloved Etomite and move on to MODx (and so far, I like it a lot, already used it for this website a few months ago).
So here’s the link to my website. Any feedback is very welcome!

Thanks, AnnaStesia

Very nice. I like the color scheme.

It took quite a while to load for me but I’m on a medium-speed WiFi network right now.

The content area is kind of thin on a hi-res widescreen monitor (screenshot attached).

Hi BobRay,

thanks for your feedback! I know the content area is quite thin, but then again, I don’t have much content anyway
What scares me more is: I see edges in your screenshot that are not supposed to be seen - may I ask what browser you use?

Very clean. I like it. Good job.

On my screen (1024x768) with Firefox under Windows Vista the initial font size is too small to be read comfortably: I have to increase it, and this for every subpage anew.
By the way: It’s the same with your site http://www.trackplus.com/ - and here increasing the font size raises a problem: The flying out submenus are too short, the last item being cut off.

All looks good to me (OSx FF3). Nice bubbles in the flash header.

I also noticed long loading times in the personal website link you gave, although it loads very quickly after the first time.

EDIT: BTW, why don’t you use GZIP on that site. It would likely help with the loading times.

Hi annastesia,

I’m using IE7 Version 7.0 on Vista Ultimate at 1680x1050 on a 20" monitor.

It looks the same (to me at least) in Firefox 2.0.0.16 (Firefox screenshot attached).

I must say that on my 14" iBook it looks great

And your computer is a little easier to lug around than my 20" HDX "laptop"
