http://www.submitedge.com/, their prices are pretty cheap for backlinks. The only thing is, the quality of those may not be so good, and you may be better off doing the work yourself. Also, I have improved rankings of a site (I’m pretty sure) by linking out to other pages that had PR4+, so find some relevant Wikis with good PR and link to them, it could help out your SEO.
Some other tips: get rid of the inline styling, ALWAYS link pages using absolute links (just create all your MODx links with [(site_url)] before the ID [~1~]). Make sure you have h1 tags, and try to get the h1 as close to the body tag as possible. Also make sure you use headers, and use keywords in headers. You can also look into robots.txt, sitemaps, and remember, above all, content is king. Get articles up about choosing a campsite, what to do on a campsite, how to have fun at a campsite, packing for a campsite, etc. And work hard to turn those 4 into 400. You’ll be on your way. You don’t necessarily need those to be linked directly from your home page - but make sure the spiders can find them, i.e. have a article listing page linked from your home page.
And a stylistic tip: in your menubar at the bottom, add in some a:hover style rules, even if it just text-decoration:underline; - it only takes a line of code but helps usability and viewability immensely!
