My client has a site in modx and the front end site is now not working, it just has a white screen, any ideas.
I’ve tried clearing the cache, but doesn’t fix it, please help.. Been looking at this for far too long!!!
Sounds like a snippet broke, but could be a number of things.
Do you know what the client was working on before it went blank?
Hi, No unfortunatley, not sure what they was doing.... Trying to find out, think they was just updating text...
You can check the Manager Actions log to see what they might have changed. Do they have access to snippets or templates/chunks?
Also, check your server error log too and see what’s going on in there...
You can also try to manually clear cache: delete all content in core/cache and reload page
Hi just tried clearing the cache, emptied that folder - refereshed a page, but no files re-apeared in the cache folder?
Well it was /assets/cache - is that the right folder?
