try to add this inside your template on the HTML’s header part
Evo:
<head>
<base href="[(site_url)]" />
...
Revo:
<head>
<base href="[[++site_url]]" />
...

Thank you kindly for the suggestion, goldsky. I’m using Revo and I already had that tag in my head tag although, I had it looking a little different than the tag you suggested. Mine looked like this: <base href="[[!++site_url]]" />
I removed the extra "!" to make it look exactly like your recommendation and tried it again, but it doesn’t resolve the issue.

Is this
http://www.bestchoicewebsites.com your site?
I don’t see any problem with that.

That’s the correct form. The second exclamation point is only used in Evolution. Be sure to clear the site cache and your browser cache before testing any changes you make.

Goldsky,
http://www.bestchoicewebsites.com is the site where I’m seeing this issue. It looks good to me also except where I’m having the problem. I removed the SPForm from my site until I can get this resolved because it wasn’t posting back to itself properly. I have a Google site map page where you can see this issue happening: http://www.bestchoicewebsites.com/sitemap.html
Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
Until you find an answer, you can hardcode the correct path in the <form action="some/path" ... > line of SPForm.
Oddly enough, when I hard coded the action page into the form, I still saw the same issue - even after clearing the cache. I’m really confused because this issue seems to defy common sense. I really do appreciate the input because I’m sure it’s either something simple that I’ve overlooked or something that I need to learn about MODx.
