Answered Submit a new extra

Hi, I try to submit a new extra for MODX Revolution but i always get this message : An error occurred while trying to create the Extra. With an error on the Extra Name field. So i check if the name exist in the extra directory, but it doesn't exist yet.

So if someone can help me i will be thankful!

That's definitely Odd. The only thing I can think of is an extraneous, invisible character in the name, or a leading or trailing space.

I have try to submit about 10 time without copy/paste anything with Chrome. And finally i try to submit with another web navigator (Firefox) always the same error.
I'm really unlucky at the moment ^^

So i try the last web navigator that i have in stock (SAFARI). I do not copy/past text from another file.
And i still really really unlucky!

I don't try that one but i try a lot of different name ;-)

Thanks Bob, I was going to give up.

I wonder if you'd be able to send an email to [email protected]. Bob did report the issue but we'd like to communicate with you directly so that we can resolve the issue.
