    Dear all,

Today I received some news from my online helpdesk provider that I can have a chat function on my website. They tell me all I have to do is to insert a certain piece of code:

To install, paste this code just above the </body> tag on all the pages you want chat to appear.

I have no idea how to do this. Is there anyone out here how can provide me with some guidance? I would prefer to add the code once and that all pages have the chat functionality if that is possible.

Thank you very much for your time.

Put the code they gave you just above the closing </body> tag of your templates that you have the pages where you want it to appear assigned to.

        Hello Sottwell,

Thank you very much for your kind suggestion and I have done this. I went to Elements --> Templates and added the code to all my templates there. Now it works. Your kindness is highly appreciated.

        With all regards,
        Barry
