I have a limited access user group that has manager access. All is working fine with it for the most part, however there is ONE template variable that they do not have full access to. It is an input type of "File"
See my screen grab compilation image below. The top one is standard admin level manager access. The bottom one is the limited access user group. I am at a loss. All other template variables seem to be accessible and editable as expected. Basic editing and other functions are fine. What am I missing?
Part of the problem is, that while it is displaying the filepath of the resource being edited to the limited access user (non editable), any limited access user who saves that resource and it resets it to empty - effectively removing a key image from the page.
I think modX really needs to simplify the process for setting up user groups and security levels.
