Bulk cache resources

Step closer:
I can get RefreshCache to visually process my 312 resources (progress bar...takes 6 minutes) if i set refreshcache_curl_delay to 1 but nothing gets created at core/cache/resource/web/resources or core/cache/resource/ (web folder doesnt get created if refreshing fully uncached site)
ModxCloud support asked me to check my error logs but they reveal nothing.

If I visit a webpage traditionally by clicking it in the browser the web folder gets created with the resources folder and id folder (/www/core/cache/resource/web/resources/85).

See settings screenshot set.png attached. I tried refreshcache_curl_delay settings of 0/1/2 and
refreshcache_ajax_delay 200 and 900

Are all your MODX cache System Settings at the defaults?

This is an option to bulk open links ,say on the site map page, if I cant get RefreshCache to create files in /www/core/cache/resource/web/resources
