How to add a new value in the dictionary

Hello, friends! Noob question, but this is not the explanation I found on the internet. I go to the page I "Dictionary Management" and create your parameter as shown in the figure. He highlighted in green.

When I press save the value, the result is the value just disappears (hide). How to really save your setting in the dictionary?

By dictionary do you mean 'Lexicon'. I cant recognize the screen because it's all in russian sorry

I think it's working correctly for you. You don't see the entry after saving it because the main screen shows the 'core' namespace by default and you're putting your entry in a different namespace.

Select that namespace at the top of the grid and see if your entries show up.
