Is that possible to assign multiple Tvs to image of album in Gallery ADDON

Hi everyone
I am working with gallery addon in my project. I want to display the list of tags besides of popup image.

The pop up image comes from album in gallery component.

So what should i do to assign Multiple TVs (textbox) to image of album.
