Hello people! I updated my MODx revo from v. 2.2.7-pl (traditional) to 2.2.14-pl.
Copied the 2.2.14 installation directory to the server, run it, chosen update etc. Everything finished successfully without any errors.

But when i enter into manager, i still see MODX Revolution 2.2.7-pl (traditional) in the top left corner.

Does it mean that the update failed? or it has been updated, but keeps the old version label for some reason?

    Thanks in advance!)
    • Did you also move in the files, such as the core and manager directories?

I only copied setup directory from the new MODx package to the server and executed the installation script. Should i take some other steps?
        • Indeed. All you did was update the database if there were any changes to the database. You need to update all of the files from the zip archive.
