Cannot login into the manager

I was editing the site settings and by mistake I set the 'session' variable to something other than empty, then ModX logged me out.
Now I cannot login anymore, I have tried:

- Different browsers
- Using the password reset
- Empty cookies
- Delete all the rows in the 'session' table
- Delete the folder core/cache
- Going into the DB and setting session_name to empty again
- Upgraded ModX to 2.2.14

The form submits and then it just shows the login screen again.
