    modx 2.2.8
    goDaddy Server
    PHP Version 5.3.24
    mysql 5

    Both my frontend pages and the backend is showing a blank white page pageok. What would cause this? How should I fix it?

    <!-- pageok -->
    <!-- managed by puppet -->
    <html>
    <pre>pageok</pre>
    </html>

        Yes the site did work. Looks like the last update was a resource update on the 10th. I'm not sure when exactly it stopped working must have been some time over the weekend.
        • Check the server PHP error logs. Usually such white pages are the result of PHP errors, in this case it sounds like a plugin causing the problem. Did your hosting do some kind of update of their servers? Many have in the last few days due to the "Heartbleed" bug.

            No server errors. I'm noticing another site with the same pageok thing on the same server but in 2.2.9
            • Well, it sounds like something has changed on the server.

              Try manually deleting the directories in the core/cache/ directory, via FTP or your hosting control panel's file manager.

                I'm thinking it is goDaddy as well at this point. Clearing the cache directory was the first thing I tried. I have several sites hosted on this account and a few are behaving the same way. I get the same pageok message even when trying to go directly to a .html page. I should just assume its always goDaddy. Seems like a couple domains just got dropped or something.

                  Turned out to be all of the externally registered domains that were having the issue. Dedicated IP address was dropped. Mondays....
