[solved] (quip.thread_err_ns) when trying to deleted hidden childresource

I'm using Migxdb to manage hidden child resources (pretty much followed the "childstutorial" and added a few form tabs & tv's).
When trying to 'delete' an item from the grid: /components/migx/connector.php is returning:

message: "quip.thread_err_ns"
object: []
success: false
total: 0

Running Modx Rev 2.2.6, Migx 2.3.2 @ modxcloud (manually clearing cache & migx reinstall hasn't helped).
